ECONOMIC WATER SCARCITY:
While California's water supply is depleting, many places in the world have a large supply of water within underground aquifers. Countries in the Middle East and especially in Africa may have water available, but they do not have the necessary resources available to provide freshwater to everyone. Many people must go to a single well where the water may be contaminated!!! The average family in the USA uses over 100 gallons of water a day while a family in the country of Sierra Leone in Africa that lacks access to safe, freshwater only uses 5 gallons a day!
